"E-Sevai for All" The scheme allows all citizens of Tamil Nadu have been given opportunity to start e-Sevai centres in Tamil Nadu by Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency.
The scheme aims to motivate the educated Youths, educated youths and entrepreneurs, to start e-Sevai centres in the state.
Implementation in rural areas, the scheme specifically targets rural areas where there are no existing E-Sevai centres, thereby extending the reach of government services to remote corners of Tamil Nadu and making this a viable entrepreneurship opportunity for citizens of Tamil Nadu.

- Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Societies (PACCS),
- Tamil Nadu Corporation Development for women, Fisheries Department,
- CSC-Village Level Entrepreneurs (CSC-VLE)
TNEGA provides e-Sevai services through open Citizen Portal also.
Citizens can apply through the TN e-Sevai portal (tnesevai.tn.gov.in). After successful submission, they receive their e-Sevai ID and Password through SMS and registered email, allowing them to access and provide e-Sevai services.
